Alcune quaestiones disputatae dell‘anno liturgico riformato

La riforma dell’anno liturgico nel suo insieme è stata fedele ai criteri indicati dal capitolo quinto della Costituzione sulla sacra liturgia Sacrosanctum Concilium: emerge, in particolare, la centralità del mistero pasquale. In ogni modo, nel corso di questi ultimi decenni sono state sollevate alcune critiche su questioni puntuali, le quaestiones disputatae di cui ci si occupa in queste pagine: le Quattro Tempora; la soppressione del tempo di Settuagesima; qualche scelta fatta nella riforma della Veglia pasquale; la soppressione della memoria della Beata Vergine Maria Addolorata nel tempo quaresimale. Alcuni di questi rilievi critici hanno trovato una qualche risposta nella terza edizione del Missale Romanum (2002 e 2008).

The reform of the liturgical year in its whole has been faithful to the criteria that were expressed in the chapter V of the Constitution Sacrosanctum Concilium, where, the centrality of the paschal mystery emerges in a particular way. However, during these last decades, some critics has been moved on punctual questions. The quaestiones disputatae that are dealt in these pages include the Ember Days, the abolition the time of Septuagesima, some choice made on the reform of the Easter Vigil, the abolition of the memory of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Sorrows in the Lent time. Some of these critics has found a certain answer in the third edition of the Missale Romanum (2002 and 2008).
